Yogecology in action
At Shri Jasnath Asan, we aim to uplift the quality of human life through our focus on yoga, spirituality, and ecology. We plant trees, rehabilitate animals, and protect water resources to ensure sustainable living. Our efforts include educating the community about environmental conservation and ethical living, aligning with the principles of Yoga Sutras. We work on improving basic infrastructure and addressing human rights issues, aiming to uplift the quality of life while staying true to our cultural and ecological roots.
Through these actions, we strive to create a harmonious and sustainable environment for future generations.
Village Regeneration
We support rural villages in India through our Village Regeneration project, focusing on Panchla Siddha in Rajasthan. We help improve agricultural practices, which are vital to the village’s economy, and emphasize maintaining traditional values like non-violence, frugality, and community spirit. We provide education on ethical living and environmental conservation, aligning with the principles of Yoga Sutras, and work on improving basic infrastructure while addressing human rights issues. Additionally, we plant trees and protect natural resources to ensure sustainable living, aiming to uplift the quality of life in rural areas while staying true to cultural and ecological roots

Pond Restoration
Our pond restoration project at Shri Jasnath Asan is dedicated to revitalizing the Jasnath sarover, a 350-year-old community pond in Panchla Siddha. This pond has historically been central to village life, serving as a primary water source for cattle, homes, and wildlife, and as a site for community gatherings and celebrations. However, modern infrastructure developments have obstructed its water supply, leading us to rely on tube wells, which are now depleting. Our project aims to restore the pond and its catch basin, ensuring sustainable water management and demonstrating the importance of conserving natural resources.

Tree Planting
Shri Jasnath Asan is dedicated to environmental conservation through comprehensive tree planting initiatives. These programs focus on restoring the region’s natural greenery and combating desertification. Planting native tree species not only enhances biodiversity but also supports local communities. The initiative involves active community participation, ensuring that the benefits of reforestation are widely shared. Through these efforts we strive to create sustainable ecosystems, improve air quality, and provide a greener, healthier environment for future generations. Sales of Yogecology will directly contribute to this initiative, with a sapling being planted for each book purchased.
